Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery

Assessment takes place through practical sessions, to demonstrate your professional abilities. Online tests and written work are also moderated against unit criteria.

Once you finish your course, you will be ready to start in your career in the catering industry. You can also go onto further study in this area, such as a Level 4 qualification.

There are no fees for this course if you are under 18.

Alongside working in our student refectory, Work Experience opportunities will be supported by our Industry Liaison Officer. They will find opportunities that are right for you and those which will give you key experiences ready for your future.

Throughout your studies, you will also take part in a variety on internal and external events, catering for staff, students and our local community.

We also benefit our community by taking part in social action projects which help with development and skill progression, as well as making a difference locally.
